We currently have two projects under construction.

St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Hall – Kingsville, TX

St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Hall is a 92 unit, 278 bed facility located on the campus of Texas A & M University – Kingsville. The Newman Hall will feature one, two and four bedroom units and is being built in conjunction with a Newman Center and Chapel located on site, adjacent to the dormitory. Students living in Newman Hall will have access to all the amenities provided by the Newman Center in addition to the housing facility. Some of those amenities include: on-site laundry, wifi, internet, programmable key locks, computer labs, meeting and break-out rooms, 300 seat chapel featuring a small adoration chapel accessible 24/7, and a 170 seat multi-purpose room with a full kitchen.

Project completion is slated for August 2013.  Leasing begins in winter of 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Residence Hall – Melbourne, FL

Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Residence Hall is a 43 unit, 148 bed 2-story apartment complex that is approximately 50,000 gross sq ft.  The Residence Hall will feature a 4 x 2 floor plan where each student has a private bedroom with a shared bathroom.  This unit is standard on the Florida Tech campus.  The facility features on-site parking and is located right across the street from the university.  The building is fully contained and has air conditioned hallways unlike many of the on-campus residence halls.  It also features common area space intended to promote community and the faith.

Project completion is slated for August 2013.  Leasing begins in winter of 2012.
