Development

We will oversee the development process from conception all the way through to the final design and renderings. This includes Market Analysis and Due Dilligence, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.

Financing

We can provide the financial resources to complete a project. This may include providing equity, fund level debt financing, or third party financing. We are a turn-key solution for campus ministries.

Construction

We will oversee the construction process from the ground breaking all the way through to the final punch list. We will serve as the intermediary between the priest, diocese and construction team to keep everyone up to date and on the same page throughout the entire construction period.

Management

We will oversee the ongoing management of the new facility. This includes day to day relations with the students, center repairs and improvements, general maintenance and administrative work required to keep the dorm running.
