Property and Asset Management

Newman Student Housing is here to assist you in managing the property once it is complete.  Our goal is to make sure that faith based principles are applied to the residence life at each property.

Principles such as:

• Men and Women are separated
• Standard University Dorm Curfews
• Alcohol Policy at Minimum is Consistent with University
• Guest Policy at Minimum is Consistent with University
• Safe, secure environments controlled by access fobs

We will also assist with physical operations such as:

• Property Operations
• Property Maintenance
• Staffing and Personnel
