Matt Zerrusen was born an entrepreneur. He started his first company in eighth grade and ran it successfully for almost 10 years before retiring. While running his own business he also worked at the family owned printing company, Three Z Printing. When he left Three Z Printing he was overseeing the pre-press department for second shift.
In 2009, Mr. Zerrusen started his own non-profit organization, Newman Connection, Inc., a national brand and support structure for Catholic Campus Ministry. In just four short years, Matt oversaw company growth to a client base of over 350 ministries on campuses all across the country. The Newman website is now generating thousands of hits per day, has over 35,000 members who have united in prayer, and is listed as one of the top religious websites in the world.
Matt, along with his father Bill Zerrusen, started the Newman Student Housing Fund in July of 2010. Matt currently manages the operations of NSHF including development, finance, sales and marketing. Under his direction, NSHF has developed a portfolio of over $25 million and has become the national leader in faith based student housing. Matt has been featured in major news publications all over the world. He is a national speaker on faith based housing and campus ministry.
Matt is a member of the Knights of Columbus and lives in Dallas, TX.
