Mary Star of the Sea Newman Hall
Built in 2013, Mary Star of the Sea was our very first project. Located right across the street from the Florida Institute of Technology, Mary Star currently houses 145 students and is approximately 40,000 sq ft. The building was constructed by Certified General Contractors out of Melbourne, FL along with the help of Beck Architecture (Dallas, TX) and Allen Engineering (Cocoa Beach, FL). Fr. Douglas Bailey and the Diocese of Orlando were instrumental in helping to achieve the vision for Mary Star and they lead the ministry and service opportunities still today.
St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Hall
In a historic land swap agreement between Texas A&M University and the Diocese of Corpus Christi, STA Newman Hall was constructed in a great location on land once owned by the University. Built in 2013, the 274 students who reside in STA live right next to campus. The building was constructed by Keller Webster Construction (Dallas, TX) along with the help of Boka Powell (Dallas, TX) and Jaster Quintanilla (San Antonio, TX). Bishop Michael Mulvey, now Bishop Louis F. Kihneman and the Diocese of Corpus Christi were instrumental in helping to achieve the vision for St. Thomas Aquinas and they lead the ministry and service opportunities still today.
Troy Newman Hall
In partnership with the Troy University, Newman Hall was constructed in 2013. Located on land right across the street from the University, Newman Hall houses 376 students and is approximately 52,000 sq ft. The architect and civil engineer was Goodwyn, Mills, and Cawood (Montgomery, AL) . Fr. Den Irwin, Kelsey Bourgeons and Jalile Gonzalez-Deal were instrumental in helping to achieve the vision for Newman Hall and Fr. Den still leads the ministry and service opportunities today.
Frassati Newman Hall
Built in 2015, Frassati Newman Hall is located within a mile of the University of North Florida. Frassati currently houses 204 students and is approximately 50,000 sq ft. The building was constructed by Certified General Contractors out of Melbourne, FL along with the help of Goodwyn, Mills Cawood Architecture (Montgomery, AL) and Bowman Consulting (Melbourne, FL). Fr. Blair Gaynes actually approached us with the idea of building student housing. They had purchased the land and had the vision, we helped to facilitate. Fr. Blair and the Diocese of St. Augustine lead the ministry and service opportunities for Frassati Hall.
Bellarmine Hall
Built in 2017, Bellarmine Hall is located right across the street from University of South Florida. Bellarmine houses 208 students and is approximately 80,000 sq ft. The building was constructed by Certified General Contractors out of Melbourne, FL along with the help of Goodwyn Mills Cawood Architecture (Montgomery, AL) and Bowman Consulting (Melbourne, FL). Fr. Mike Smith and the Diocese of St. Petersburg approached us with the idea of building student housing. They had land and had the vision, we helped to facilitate. Fr. Mike has since moved to a parish and Fr. Justin Paskert oversees the ministry for the Diocese.
